Customer service is the best (never had one like this). I needed yarn that was out of stock. I massage them to ask if there would be a chance to order the one that is missing. I needed bigger amounts of yarn. The owner directed me specifically which yarn from my list I can already order and the amount of it. They are working on getting the ones that are missing. Delivery was fast. It wasn’t my first order with them and I Can tell that I will be ordering lots of yarn from them. Thank you for amazing work ☺️
